One of the most popular Chinese green teas, this variety is grown in Zhejiang Province. We’ve chosen only the best grade, picked from a new leaf and bud. The liquor is a stunning clean, light green colour and a smooth flavour. Rich in vitamin C, amino acids and catechins. "Didn't we do well, dear!"

Cupping Notes - Nutty, sweet, chestnut flavour
Brewing Tips - 3g in 200ml of water at 82°C. Steep for 2-3 mins. Strain and add more water for further infusions.
