Awarded 2-STAR Great Taste Award in August 2023! Here's what the judges had to say: "A truly beautiful lime leaf green, so fresh and vibrant. The multitude of liquorice aromas jump out from the loose tea mix with aromatic anise adding further sweetness and interest. A subtle aniseed nose brings body and sweetness leading through to the flavour without tipping over into excessive earthiness, which can be overwhelming. Carefully managed flavours blend rather beautifully, bringing the forceful anise and liquorice to the fore, packing a punch in a clever and pleasing way. Really cleverly balanced, layered and rounded. The tea has body and a smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Not a hint of wood or overwhelming liquorice to knock the palate. Fresh anise flavours are pleasingly left lingering on the palate."

We think you'll agree that this is spectacular - a sweet herbal tea with an unbelievable aroma. Open the bag and allow your senses to go into overdrive with the heady fragrance of aniseed, liquorice root *, star anise and blue mallow flowers. Think back to old-fashioned liquorice torpedos... with bells on... this tea is a childhood memory in a cup.  Caffeine-free but very rejuvenating. For anyone trying to beat sugar cravings, this naturally sweet tea is your saviour.
