"The liquor is a gorgeous deep ruby red with great clarity and brightness. There are some delightful orange notes on the aroma and on tasting we thought that the orange and hibiscus were most harmonious. You really get the flavour of the peel, and the apple pieces add softness. So very well balanced. Refreshing and vibrant, uplifting - a truly delicious infusion."

Brewing Tips - 5g in 200ml of water at 100c.  Steep for 5-10 mins.
